I bought this as a gift to former NYS residents to give them a reminder of their home state and it was a big hit! They love the smell and how it made their bathroom smell. The soap is wonderful.
White Birch soap has a wonderfully clean fragrance that makes taking a shower like a trip to an expensive spa. It’s creamy and very moisturizing leaving my skin soft with a light scent. The “bonus” of this soap is its beautiful black/white marbling throughout the bar. As you use it, it just keeps getting more beautiful!
I purchased a Balsam & Clementine soap bar when I was in Lake Placid earlier in 2024 (it was the first time I’d been in the store). When I used it, it had an even nicer smell than I expected for a soap AND it made our bathroom have a nice smell to it. Because of that, I then ordered 8 bars (varied) on-line, the shipping was very reasonable for 8 cakes of soap and when they arrived all smelled so good - and our bathroom smells even nicer whenever we open the drawer we keep them in. I will also add, they were packaged very well and arrived in a very timely manner. Absolutely no complaints!!!

This is our favorite soap! We buy enough bars to get through the year. We love how smooth it is on the skin and the scents are subtle, not overpowering. We love the brick and mortar store in Placid too.
